There will still be plenty of psychological horror games out there to play, Amnesia returned the last few years and Martha is Dead and Visage were solid you also have Still Wakes the Deep coming. This news just means that they will not focus on making walking simulators anymore and start putting Combat in their games and I'm all for it.
