So Nvidia was not happy with Windows licensing terms for the server side of GFN, but there is a Windows addendum to the 10-year Microsoft-GFN agreement that Nvidia considers valuable and helpful.

What the FTC is trying to do here is to portray the Microsoft-Nvidia agreement as more of a PR stunt, but given that the agreement is already being implemented in practice (with respect to Microsoft games), I doubt that this will fly.

Nvidia's Fisher doesn't want to take a position on whether Microsoft's purchase of Activision Blizzard is good for gamers, but he does say it's good for the industry.

This appears to be Microsoft asking questions now, and Nvidia confirmed that cloud gaming is small right now.
