So Sony wanted MS to provide everything Activision going forward notwithstanding if it's a big/small IP, or even a brand new IP 100% developed under MS and with no time limit.

Like this was ever to be considered reasonable by Xbox/MS. XD

Now this puts in a new light the Bungie transaction, I expect they were prepared to say "We've done just that with Bungie".
