When did Jim Sterling changed to Stephanie Sterling?

Rarely every watched any content because I didn't like it at all, but I remember during BotW release that was still not the case. I clearly remember people hating on Jim Sterling because of a 7/10.

Wasn't for your post I still would not have known, wow.

They came out as non-binary in 2020.  

But they never really changed the name of their channel.
