I think Sony and Take Two are the only ones who have talked against it.

Although, I wonder if there might be some nuance. 

Even if a company is on a service, that doesn't necessarily mean that they love the idea of it. They might feel compelled to be part of it, because not being on it might be more damaging, whereas the best case scenario for them is not having it exist at all.  (GamePass Not Existing > Gamepass existing but on it > Gamepass existing but not on it.)

I don't think that kind of position is contradictive.  

I think it's pretty clear that EA doesn't care, EA Play existed before Gamepass (although maybe Gamepass forced them to be more aggressive in some way or another).

I don't know anything, just throwing out some potential nuance for how both things could be true somehow.
