The FTC is again wasting time, and Judge Corley again--at 2:42 PM--approved a pro hac vice (admission of attorney to proceedings) motion while the FTC was quizzing Phil Spencer.

Now Judge Corley is also tired of the FTC*s unreasonableness and stupidities;

When the FTC lawyer wanted Phil Spencer to also make a commitment under oath for making games available on the cloud, she cut it off by saying she doesn*t need that.
FTC on the wrong track!

I can't believe that Phil just spent 10 minutes educating a fucking lawyer on how finances in relation to acquisitions work so much so that he had to ask his colleagues then stop the line of questioning.
FTC's lawyer was legit one of those people who think when you spend $70bn then you have to make $70bn back, JFC.
This was so fucking amateurish...This is basic shit, I even know that an acquisition is a transference, Microsoft hasn't lost $70bn, they've turned $70bn into pure assets in the business.
