Plaintiff is calling Mr. Zimring live to testify about the video game industry, cloud gaming, Google's Stadia cloud gaming service, and any topics as to which he previously testified. Direct examination 20 mins. Cross-examination 10 mins.

Pete Hines (20/15), Matt Booty (45/20), Sarah Bond ((Allotted) 60/40)

Dr. Lee (The FTC's star witness for their report) is being given the most estimated time on the stand out of anyone. 90 minutes cross exam and 45 minutes redirect exam. Phil Spencer and Jim Ryan are getting 60/45 for each examination period but Jim Ryan's examination is entirely pre-recorded.
