Didn't FTC NOT want these deals to be used as evidence in the trial?
Wonder if EC is mentioned too, would be a slap in FTC's face, Lol.
Microsoft is making clear all the deals they have, how beneficial it will be to companies, consumers, hammering it to the judge.
