FTC was pretty weak there, Microsoft had more bigger moments, like revealing Jim Ryan's email about him being unconcerned about ABK and even thinking they won't make CoD exclusive to showing that Sony has no complaints about Bethesda/Minecraft content on their platform (no degradation), to showing Minecraft is a closer example for what CoD will be treated like than everything else and market share examples, using FTC's expert witness against them.
Matt Booty was a bit nervous and the FTC lawyer did a better job at trying to bait him and trip him up about Switch's market definition but he recovered and the Microsoft lawyer basically refuted (using Matt) everything the FTC had brought up and helped Matt recover, that was a great response by Microsoft's lawyers. Also FTC asked one too many questions which led to them fucking themselves, Lol.
