FTC worried MS witnesses going to talk about their views on competitive effects of the deal, without letting FTC see the internal docs that show if that testimony is true (marking them as privileged)
I'm not 100% sure what I heard, but it sounds like the FTC has issues with witnesses talking about European Commission remedies and other topics unless specific evidence/information is provided.
