Having said that, this Gamers Lawsuit is the most ridiculous shit ever and FTC didn't even update their arguments from last year, Lmao.
FTC is STILL using the Console SLC and Game Pass SLC which every other regulator in the world dropped (including CMA).
CMA is still bad but FTC/Gamers Lawsuit take it to another level.
