Basically what the Gamers Lawsuit is attempting is a trial by media now after losing harshly the first time around, they know they're in an unwinnable case so they're trying to cause as big of a headache as possible to Microsoft in an effort to get a settlement by using a redacted email that nobody else can read but we're meant to trust their interpretation on it after they've massively exaggerated multiple things in the past.
And of course, media is falling for it.
I really hope if Microsoft wins against FTC that we can finally kill this Gamers Lawsuit for good or Microsoft finds a way to countersue for time and money wasted. My God FTC's and Gamers Lawsuit arguments are such garbage...At least the CMA seems like they actually put effort in even if we don't agree with their interpretation of the data or enforcement.
