multiple region psn accounts?

I'm hoping, at the very least, that if you get a region specific card online, that would be a way around it. Like if I were to go to the Japanese Amazon, for example, and gat a Japanese PSN card, I could buy stuff on the Japanese PSN.
One can hope.
