In relation to Starfield. Bethesda GS is the best game developer out there. Bar none, Rockstar gets close but their games are not as interactive and ambitious as BGS out of the gate.
In terms of frame rate, as long as the experience is stable, it doesn’t matter if the game runs at 30fps. Sixty would be ideal but 30fps for an exploration game is fine.
