JFC. Imagine if Xbox hadn't acquired Zenimax, it would have been a disaster.
Matt Booty stated on GiantBomb "If Starfield shipped today it would ship with fewer active/known bugs than any previous BGS game shipped with."

Low-key feels like shade towards Bethesda, haha.
Saw that @XboxP3 did not explain his Hexen shirt during his @giantbomb appearance.

I did not get a chance to interview Phil, but I did ask Xbox game studios boss @mattbooty earlier if he knew why Phil was wearing a Hexen shirt.
Answer: "Uh...I may or may not." Then he laughed
Hexen revival?
What’s next for Xbox games that weren’t at the showcase? Matt Booty, head of Xbox Game Studios, says there’s still Gamescom, the Game Awards, and “likely maybe another event earlier in the year.” 👀 /via GiantBomb Nite 3: https://t.co/Jnq4Lc7a8R pic.twitter.com/bUNTyzyrxw

At Gamescom again then, no surprise, sounds like they aren't skipping TGA's this year either.
When he says another event earlier in the year, does he mean 2024? Another Developer Direct in January maybe?
Phil Spencer played the newly announced Clockwork by InXile a year ago on console.

Xbox chief Phil Spencer on Microsoft’s games being day 1 on PC, instead of arriving years later. “We don’t look at the PC audience as a window. It’s a market. It’s a market that we believe deserves our games day 1.” /via GiantBomb Nite 3: https://t.co/Jnq4Lc7a8R pic.twitter.com/5LO0aPXGHE
