Honestly, I'm not sure how I even got to have whole set, that and Charged are the only full sets I have - anyway, I used it once or twice and decided it's not worth it compared to other stuff I have and are more beneficial.
I've just looked up how many seeds I had when I finished the game - 625 small and 150 large - and I've been through some 50% of Depths. I'd say they were opposite of stingy, given they are everywhere. And lighting in Depths gets especially trivial once you figure out where exactly all the Lightroots on the Depths map are supposed to be...
