Forgot what year but it was because Xbox uploaded media assets somewhere easily obtainable by media.

Jez said Microsoft fixed a lot of flaws for this year.

It will be a miracle if nothing big gets leaked, some small things I can see coming through the cracks, but hopefully nothing big. 

Shocked dent insiders haven't made up stuff yet.
