This will sound strange, but flirt with other guys.
Keep fit and active (I'd love a girl who could keep up with me in terms of Snowboarding, I love a chick to come hiking/snowshoeing to secluded areas in a forest and have a little fun).
Willing to occasionally wear the platforms I'll buy her with a short dress and no panties, around the house.
