Pretty competitive against 6700XT in Raster in a good amount of games. Sometimes it's competitive against 3070 in Ray Tracing such as with Cyberpunk. It's quite a bit slower than a 6700XT in some games. And it has bugs where the game freezes like in Spiderman Remastered. But as they continue to work on the drivers, it could be the hero that the budget people need.
Noctuas findings are interesting when it comes to the hotspot of Ryzen. Basically because of the way the CCDs are positioned, the hotspot temps of Ryzen doesn't distribute properly with a lot of coolers so the heatsinks get an uneven load. But Noctua has a new offset mount that should help cool Ryzen CPUs better with their coolers. They also have direct die mounts and they even have 3d printable version that they are giving out for free.
Proprietary cables paired with proprietary controller and proprietary software but least the cables aren't as crazy as before. The controller does require a pci-e 6 pin and can handle upto 160 watts for all dem rgb fans.
