I think Final Fantasy will win that bet, Starfield and Final Fantasy will both be high 80s at least Imo but Starfield has such a stupid spotlight on it lately that it's going to be nit-picked which will drop it a little and Final Fantasy will appeal more to modern day reviewers than Starfield in things such as cinematic story telling, Bethesda's strong suit has never been their main stories told and they aren't cinematic either.
Starfield will have to improve a lot on Bethesda's core storytelling because of it being a hardcore Sci-Fi, I suspect it will involve a lot of science, a lot of talking and a lot of politics, while Elder Scrolls can be forgiven slightly because of all the fantasy craziness going on around the core story which uplifts everything around it, Imo. Hard to explain, Lol.
Oh and I see Final Fantasy studied Game of Thrones for this release which should appeal to a lot of reviewers, Lol. Might upset some hardcore Final Fantasy fans but I doubt they'll be enough to seriously hurt it. Meanwhile Todd better have heavily studied shows like The Expanse and take some tips from them 
Final Fantasy will win, 90 - 88 Imo. Could see FF going higher than 90 even.
