I see, I thought using a second-party contract to assist them would be a great opportunity for them to staff up and slowly replace their dependence on Crystal Dynamics while keeping the project progression secure and gaining experience. Maybe the term of the contract does not allow them to provide CD with a decreasing workload over time and so have limited opportunity to grow themselves.
