On their discord the dev team behind Phantom Blade Zero clarified that while it releasing on PS5 and PC: "For now we don't have any exculsivity on any platform." If you want the game to come to Xbox be sure to let them know!

I blame Microsoft for not being active enough in Asia when compared to Sony, they locked up Stelllar Blade and will do the same to this game if they see enough promise in it.

My biggest hope is that they look to expand in Korea in the future sincerely there are tons of good looking games coming out of there with Lies of P and Chirinos Odyssey being recent examples.

This will have to be a wait and see.
