Totally. A lot of people who are looking to buying new GPU's are on older systems and don't realise that they'd be leaving a lot of performance on the table. Most reviewers show these in the best possible light with the some unrealistic set up like a 7800X3D to show the GPU's full capabilities of like a 4060Ti and 7600. Would be cool to see reviewers do tests on older systems and see how they stack up as well, in less optimal rigs.

Especially in this price class where value is much more important to more budget orientated builds.
