Pay up America, for the destruction that Russia caused.

Medvedev needs to lay off the vodka once in a while.

I know WW2 comparisons are a bit cliche (on another forum someone just replies ‘Godwin’s Law’ whenever someone does) but this is like the Nazi response to Kristallnacht - fine Jewish organisations for damage caused by Nazis to Jewish organisations.
