Think that's an okay price even when stacked up against the 6600/6650XT. The only thing is the 6700 costs around the same, probably performs about the same at 1080P. But the latter comes with 2GB more VRAM, higher memory bus and bandwidth. Higher infinity cache 80MB vs 32MB. For this price segment, I would personally pick up a 6700 while it lasts, especially if you play at 1440P. Or spend the extra and get the 6700XT. Which will go up against the 4060Ti, looking at some the reviews. That has even more VRAM and performance. |
Certainly better than $300 and in a vacuum, it will be interesting to see how it stacks up against the 4060 for $300 but yea, best just to buy a 6700XT and be done with it than either 7600 or 4060 or 4060 Ti. DLSS really starts to break down at 1080p and Ray Tracing isn't all that important with these cards anyway so a pure Raster performer with 12GB of vram is all anyone really needs with this class of GPUs.
