Absolutely Zero chance for these numbers.

Even half these numbers (200-250k) are not too realistic I guess.

The number I consider to be beaten for very sure is 100k. I am not even 100% sure it will make 150k, but that still sounds kinda realistic.

I guess we should not overestimate it, even though it is Final Fantasy. PS5 Software (retail) does so insanely bad in Japan... it is kind of a nightmare...
