Jokes aside.. the 4060 Ti at 3070 performance wouldn't be too bad considering how much everything else has gone up the rest of the stack.
Also a bit questionable in pricing for the 16GB considering how close it is to the 4070. A card which has deals like the $100 Steam credit from Microcenter and Diablo IV bundle. In the UK its likely to launch at £469-479 which is the exact MSRP of the 3070. And the 4070 is only £70 more for a vastly stronger and better specced GPU.
But yeah this gen's a dud in terms of value and performance uplift the lower you go down the stack.
