The European Commission has required Microsoft to license popular Activision Blizzard games automatically to competing cloud gaming services. This will apply globally and will empower millions of consumers worldwide to play these games on any device they choose.

I think this concession may play a key part of Microsoft's CMA appeal. The EU got a concession out of Microsoft that will now apply in the UK, too. The CMA has additional licensing concerns Microsoft will need to address though

...Wonder if there's a chance of remittal on the CMA's part in light of new evidence.
