Nice, deal is still dead but it's nice to see that at least one major regulator hasn't lost the plot and is working on actual logic, facts and figures and not made up random crystal ball speculation. Deal is still dead as shit but I can take comfort a little in the EC is still working as I would expect them to.
Europe > UK/USA 
Although, the FTC would have been smashed in US Courts so it's more like UK on their own, sorry everyone
