Countries have their right to self affirmation (even though in this type of case it is really obnoxious), and SE didn't force or bend (as it is also their right to do their product respecting their own visions), both parties "agreed to disagree". Even though for us from more modern culture Saudi Arabia is clearly on the wrong I don't think any of the two took a moral highground or anything similar in this case, they just respected each other in a business transaction, sad for the SA gamers though.
