He speaks about acquiring studios who have games in mid-development and they need to do better at engaging in games midway in production when they join Xbox, he says there are different expectations that the team may not take into account versus 3rd party/1st party, they didn't do a good job in engaging with Arkane Austin early on to help them understand what it means to be apart of Xbox and use some of their internal resources.

Still loves Arkane Austin and will bet on them doing great with their next title. He says they did a better with Starfield (but nobody should believe it) because that game was earlier on in production and it was easier for them to swarm a bunch of people to go and help with the technology on Starfield and their platform, they should have been there for Harvey and the team earlier.

They were too late to help, they have internal studios with a lot of experience with Unreal Engine and they didn't do that.

Once the 60fps issue came up, they sent Rare and The Coalition over to Arkane but they would have had to been sent last Fall to have it in for launch.

Sounds like Xbox is going to be a lot more involved with acquired studios who are mid-production going forward.

The Coalition to the rescue. Sounds like they were only sent recently. This confirms Klob's leak that Xbox was blindsided by it.
