Phil Spencer is like Lebron James on the 2009 Cavaliers. What do people expect him to do with the talent they're surrounding him with right now.
Instead of pushing for Microsoft to aquire more studios, how about they actually recruit some competent people to properly handle the studios and IPs they're currently allowing to stagnate and decline. The 343 cleanout is a perfect example of something that was long overdue.
