You could probably use Hi-Fi Rush and Redfall as an example here

Hi-Fi Rush was amazing, still the highest rated title this year, but once Redfall (the AAA) releases to bad scores it's going to be "Bethesda is trash, awful company, can't make good games anymore, Xbox ruined them" etc. etc.

Feel sorry that Arkane is about to experience what it's like to have their studio/games used as console war fodder too as a punching bag, console warriors wanting it to fail since day one, the trolling, etc. Discourse will be terrible for Starfield, Lol.

Pretty weird behaviour to see OpenCritic shitting on it before it's even out too, not a good look.

If I purchased games based on ****critic scores I probably wouldn't buy anything.  I have never played or not played a game based on what it has scored.

Good attitude to have Tbh. It's all opinions at the end of the day.

I know I run the league and everything but I actually think the industry would be healthier if we didn't have scores and we just forced people to read reviews, Lol. Make them actually read what is positive/negative rather than seeing "75/100? Must be shit" Even I'm guilty of it sometimes of just glancing at a score and making judgement.

OpenCritic's tweet makes me want to dump the prediction league next year, Lul.
