Really feels like 60fps was ready for launch at some point. They must have hit a extremely last minute bug which fucked it, would explain the hurried and random Tweet announcing only 30fps and no communication since then on a timeframe and now this dang sticker which is a nightmare logistically. They were probably caught by complete surprise but retail had already been printed and sent.
