Running 5 miles will just make you sweaty and smelly.
I take it we're talking general walking down the street style, not balls in the mouth style.
If it's the first I'll go with perfume with a side of 'girl next door', if it's the second then, well, I'm a bloke so anything involving sex will pretty much get the job done.
