Lmao. Ukraine will negotiate a surrender after losing a small city which it took Russians near a year and thousands of dead soldiers to take?
You wish. Also, NATO won't stop supporting Ukraine. It's currently bleeding Russia dry without even using half their military strength.
See you in a few weeks-months for your next negative Ukrainian/Positive Russian comment to post, scurry off and ignore everyone's reply.

No it hasn't. The toll on Ukranian's army is worse than the toll on Russians, in relative numbers. Putin has enough village idiots to continue storming Bakhmuth as long as he wants. As long as he doesn't have to large-scale conscript in "main land (large "westernised" cities, in essence)" he is safe, while Ukrania is bleeding soldiers. He can easily go for 3:1 to 5:1 losses for longer than the Ukrainians can. Sure one can say "Bakhmuth is Ukrania's Fort Alamo", but this analogy only holds if the Ukranians have enough soldiers left to regroup and organise while the Russinas are held up in Bakhmuth. Whatever Russian bloke runs the attacks on Bakhmuth is the same idiot as Santa Anna was. |
No, you don't know that for sure. It's extremely hard to estimate Ukraine's total military size remaining and nobody truly knows.
We do know that Russia has been struggling to meet its mobilisation targets and you can throw as many village idiots at the situation as you want, it won't mean shit if you don't have the equipment to back it up, this isn't the 1800s-early 1900s anymore, we aren't winning wars by both sides lining up thousands of soldiers, handing them a gun and telling them to charge, Lol.
A well planned combined arms offensive will smash through any amount of foot-soldiers you put in the battlefield. I was worried at first about using Bakhmut to bleed the Russians but I've no reason to doubt Zaluzhnyi thus far, I assume he knows what he is doing better than any of us here, Lol. He has proven himself multiple times.
While the Russians are bogged down in Bakhmut, Ukraine is building forces elsewhere.
Frankly, the only reason that Ukraine will lose this war (if they even do) will be if the West was too slow in supplying them.
