Microsoft's 10Q has the actual FY 2023 Q3 gaming revenue figure: $3.607B.
That puts current annual Xbox sales at $15.43B.
Compare that to this time last year when it was $16.49B.
Definitely a better overall third quarter result than I expected.https://t.co/ezw3XHUleD
At first glance, Q3 was a great quarter for Xbox especially considering HW challenges.

Notably the resilience of the Content & Services sub-segment.
Xbox Game Pass drove top-line growth for gaming, though I wish we had visibility into profitability.
Will be on the call soon. https://t.co/QZkarwUujl
Xbox hardware revenue for last quarter was the lowest since the July to September 2020 quarter.

Microsoft has to fix this. Content and Services are doing great. Only a slight decline quarter to quarter.
Here's a line graph for Xbox Content and Services for the January to March period, going back to 2015. Constant growth.

Second graph is hardware pic.twitter.com/ubgAO4Yx2x
I interpret it differently.

Xbox isn't as driven by hardware sales as its peers, now more than ever, and can weather storms or unpredictable supply even without major 1st party exclusives because Game Pass is proving to be resilient.
Whether it's profitable is still a question.
