I won't hold my breath for that "leaked" APU monster but, if true, it could be quite popular in both laptops and mini-PCs. I mean, Who wouldn't want a 16-core CPU with the equivalent of a desktop 4060 GPU in the palm of its hand?
But yeah, better don't get your hopes up because this could end being nothing.

Every time AMD updates it's APU's, people claim it will "replace" discreet GPU's.
It doesn't, it just moves minimum graphics performance up a notch higher.

In the end, you will always be bandwidth limited. - Dual Channel DDR5 can only get you so far...
It's why AMD invented "Side Port" memory, where they soldered dedicated VRAM for the integrated graphics, sadly it didn't pan out in the long term, but it was a cool feature.

What is preventing lower-end GPU's from taking big performance leaps forwards is actually higher fabrication costs from TSMC, which is frustrating.
I would actually prefer AMD/nVidia to keep them a node behind the high-end parts for cost reasons.
