I was right, Microsoft didn't sponsor 2022 either, I don't think they sponsored any year.
Sony Interactive Entertainment, Nintendo, Kodansha Game Creators Lab, iGi indie Game incubator, and Elsa Japan have been selected as sponsors (*) to support the exhibition of indie game developers such as this selection exhibition. (in order of application reception).
