Cut back on the achievements  When I stopped chasing 100% in everything it felt better, although I still aim for 80% or 60% if it's too much effort  I only go for 100% now if the game is easy and/or I really enjoy it. |
Literally 100% this.
I try to get 70-80% on most games and 100 if very easy and or games I love like Persona. I like Yakuza more, and I know I'm never going to get 100% on all of them, so I try to settle for 90 for that series.
