Netflix is looking to up its game and so head hunts talents, very logical. This is one of the reasons why people saying MS should grow organically instead of buying studios is problematic, not only are they already growing organically quite respectably but significantly upping this avenue may have a far-reaching impact on competition which can actually be worse than a big acquisition.
