NVIDIA did release some numbers on how many gamers do use RT and DLSS. These numbers are based on GFE, so there is some bias implemented, but still this looks different than I would expected.

RTX 20 Series: 43 %/ 68 %
RTX 30 Series: 56 % / 71 %
RTX 40 Series: 83 % / 79 %

Keep in mind that 40 series numbers are skewed towards high end which have GPUs that are far more RT capable than their upcoming low end while 30 series and 20 series have obviously been out for some time. Still interesting numbers.
