I'm surprised in this case but I suspect it'll become the norm once again as big UE5 releases start to arrive. I would be surprised if a game as large as Starfield is 60 fps too (if they pull that off, though, that would be insanely impressive given the scope).

Oh it is and I'm surprised by this news. I just mean that, once UE5 games start to ship, I suspect many will be 30 fps as well.

Thought Unreal Engine 5 would fix this but John knows more than I.
