See even though I'm not that hyped about RT, that does indeed look baller, but at the same time it's Cyberpunk, a game with a world that still feels practically lifeless 3yrs later (including plenty of buildings you cannot enter), which kinda makes all that RT effort half useless besides being pure eye candy, but I love my eye candy with a living breathing world.
Mankind, in its arrogance and self-delusion, must believe they are the mirrors to God in both their image and their power. If something shatters that mirror, then it must be totally destroyed.
