I don't think it's ok and I don't think a fitting way exist or is even remotely possible or would to gruesome for a sane discussion. If there's justice he would need to suffer an equivalent amount to that he caused in others and that's just not possible. Also if you stop to think about it, you are actually giving him some sort of small victory as you would have given him time and presence in your mind that he don't deserve.
If you want to entertain this idea for fun/reliefs maybe you could ask something with a degree of separation to reality like 'What would be a fitting way for a Putin South Park character to die' but don't think it would be fitting in this thread IMO.
