I'm sure they have or had conversation with them to this effects. Asobo is probably not interested.
Better MS keep a great relation with them then push on them.
Anyway I'm thinking, with the Bethesda and ABK deals MS also inserted in the minds of all entity looking to sell or receiving an offer to first give them a call.
