Google and Microsoft are in a bitter rivalry with each other, not much more than that, Lol.

They have a lot of rivalries.

  • Office - Google Docs.
  • Azure - Google Cloud.
  • Edge - Chrome.
  • Windows - ChromeOS.

Now they're about to enter into a fierce AI battle with each other. Also a huge amount of Google's revenue comes from Ads so they don't want people going to Bing, hence the rush to fight back against Bing's AI.

And if Activision-Blizzard does go through, Microsoft has been very open they plan on taking on Google App Store.

Microsoft keeps supporting regulators in attacking Google and Apple's App Store policies as well, meanwhile Google is encouraging regulators to go after Azure.

I always forget about the rivalry between Microsoft and Google. That does make more sense.
