3. Based on people with who have a full brain. Cutscene abuse undermines the advantage of videogaming medium has ov... ahhh just figure it out yourself.

4. Based on qualified opinion, yes. People who have played the best stories of videogaming such as Grim Fandango, Planescape: Torment, Deus Ex, The Longest Journey, etc...

 

There's a few reasons why the cutscenes in MGS4 are the shit but I'm not going to get into why because it's a spoiler.

 

Leo don't get so worked up because you and I both know how amazing this game is. Some people on this site were trying to say that OOT and FF7 was trash but mostly these people are in the minority and get a kick out of playing devils advocate. don't get mad because you never want to validate BS by reacting to it.
