Does poverty create Criminals or are criminals just poor?

 yes it does. if we're talkin bout murder, then any person in any social class can be a criminal. if we're talkin bout robbery, than i guess you could make a fairly good argument that poverty does have a hand in the criminals mind for doing something like that. but in a case like rape, i would again say that it could be anyone in any class. so it does matter what crimes we are talkin about.
