Yea I think best case which is still awful for a 70 class mind you would be $600 for a 4070 and worst case will be $700. Least 4070 should be getting 12gb of vram so that's a good improvement over 3070. But since the 4060 will be getting 8gb of vram on a 128 bit bus for likely the same price as a 3070... yuck. And the L2 is fairly cut down with the 60 class as well so it would be a strictly 1080p gpu for likely around $500 which is insane.
